Mom's Meatballs

1 lb chuck -or-1/4 lb pork + 3/4 lb chuck
1 cp fine dry or fresh breadcrumbs
1/2 cp grated Parmesan cheese
1 T minced fresh parsley -or- 1 tsp dried parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cp milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Mix ingredients and shape into 1" balls. Fry in oil or bake at 350F for about 30 min on a lightly greased baking sheet. (I prefer baking them.)
