2.5 tsp dry yeast (18g)
4 tsp sugar (20g)
4 tsp warm water
1 cp plus 1 T milk
1 egg
3 3/4 cp flour (500g)
1 1/2 tsp salt
Mix ingredients together. Knead. Let rise 2 hours. Bake at 450F for 20-25 min.
